Insurance
We deal with all the major insurance companies. You may need to contact your insurance company before treatment to get an authorisation code.
Payment of Fees
The responsibility of payment remains with you the patient.
If you have an insurance policy that covers your treatment, please let us know the details before your first appointment. We will contact the insurance company directly for payment, but any policy excess or non-payment by the insurance company will mean you are responsible for payment.
Cancellation Policy
Please give us 24 hours notice if you need to cancel an appointment. We could charge you a standard fee if you cancel late.
If you arrive late for your appointment, we will do our best to provide a full appointment time. However, this may not always be possible and your full appointment fee will apply.
Non-Attendance
Missed appointments are liable to a standard appointment fee.
Communication with your GP or Consultant
Our normal practice is to advise your GP or Consultant of your treatment and any additional information on your discharge.
